NEW YORK — A New York City man charged with dealing drugs to treat erectile dysfunction has agreed to plead guilty and is awaiting trial.
Thomas M. Mabry, 55, of New York, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to a charge of dealing drugs to treat erectile dysfunction and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Mabry’s defense team was called to the bench Tuesday morning after the defendant was sentenced to eight months in prison.
